Flow ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our WhatsApp Business automation platform.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

  • Personal information (email, name, phone number)
  • WhatsApp Business Account details
  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)
  • Usage data (messages, flowcharts, templates)
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type)

Google Sheets Add-on (Google Workspace)

When you use the Flow Google Sheets Add-on (the "Add-on"), we access limited data from your Google account so that we can sync your spreadsheet contacts into Flow and keep your Sheet Broadcast contacts up to date.

Specifically, we may access:

  • The specific Google Sheets spreadsheet and sheet you select
  • The columns you map in the Add-on (for example: name, phone number, tags and similar fields)
  • Metadata such as spreadsheet ID, sheet ID, and sheet name

We do not read or list other files in your Google Drive, and we do not access your emails, contacts, or calendar data. We do not sell Google user data to third parties.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain our service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Sync your WhatsApp Business Account data
  • Sync contact data from your selected Google Sheets into your Flow account and display it in Sheet Broadcast
  • Improve our platform and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing

We integrate with third-party services including Meta (Facebook) for WhatsApp Business API, Stripe for payments, Shopify for e-commerce integration, and OpenRouter for AI features. We do not sell your personal information. Google Sheets data accessed via the Add-on is shared only with our infrastructure and service providers as necessary to operate Flow (for example, cloud hosting, logging, and monitoring), under appropriate data-processing agreements.

Your Choices and Google Access

You can remove or uninstall the Flow Google Sheets Add-on at any time from your Google account. You may also disconnect or delete connected sheets from within Flow. If you revoke the Add-on’s access in your Google account or uninstall the Add-on, we will no longer be able to read data from your spreadsheets. Previously synced data may remain in your Flow account until you delete it or request deletion as described below.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures including encryption, secure password hashing, and access controls to protect your personal information.
